The summer upgrade for the BCNET Kaltura service has been scheduled for August 22, 2020 We recommend reviewing the release notes since the last upgrade to familiarize with any changes. Our instance of Talent Management will be updated to version 16.1.4 between the hours of Friday, July 10, 2020, 9 PM PDT - Sunday, July 12, 2020, 9 PM PDT. An issue has been raised with the reliability of the email notifications coming out of SharePoint in the 0365 online suite. Issue: The Share/Notification functionality works sometimes and fails others. Workaround: Copy the link and email to recipients. We’ll look into this issue however please do not rely on this feature to notify users of shared documents
