I generally use my mouse with my left hand ... I'm not sure how to change it on the remote desktop.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to Sentinel as you normally would.  At this point you will still be right-hand mousing.
  2. Right-click on the Windows "tile" in the bottom left corner of the screen.  A context menu will pop up. Click on Control Panel.
  3. If you get a large list of the various Control Panel items - great.  If not, in the top right corner of the Control Panel window click on "Categories" and change to "Large Icons". (this step is optional - it just makes things easier to find.)
  4. Click on the Mouse Icon - the Mouse properties box will open.
  5. The first option on the page is "Switch Primary and Secondary Buttons".  Check this box. NOTE: Once you check this box your buttons will instantly change.
  6. Click OK to apply the change and close the window. Remember - your buttons have changed.
  7. Mouse preferences are saved as part of your profile so this change will be in place the next time you log in.
