This procedure will install the EMS for Outlook add-on to your computer.  


  1. Check to see if you are running Office 64bit or 32 bit by clicking on File --> Help

  2. Close Outlook
  3. Run:  \\tuvok\EMSCampus\EMSForOutlook.msi
  4. Click Next on the Welcome screen
  5. Leave the destination folder as is and click Next
  6. Enter the PAM web service URL: and click Next
  7. Click Install to start the installation (You might get a User Access Control prompt, hit Yes)
  8. Click Finish to close the installation window

Extra Step for users running Microsoft Office 64 bit only

  1. Run “C:\Program Files (x86)\EMS For Outlook\EMS For Outlook.vsto”

The installation is done, open Outlook

The EMS Room Scheduling button should be visible in the ribbon when you click New Items --> Meeting
