If someone submits a request that they wish to be removed.

  1. Go to the "All Front Requests" or "All Back Requests" URL
  2. Since there can be many request, you need to filter this list - Click the drop down beside any column and select Show Filter Choices
  3. Now you can filter by date (alphabetical starting with day of the week), or title (line 1, 2 or 3), or any other column by selecting the appropriate drop down
  4. Once you can see the request, click on the link under the column Line 1
  5. Click on "Delete Item"
