Due to security reasons, remote access to shared mailboxes has been disabled and therefore is not accessible remotely through an mobile app or Active Sync connection on a home computer.

The only way to access a shared mailbox while off campus is through Webmail (staff/faculty/students) or Sentinel (Staff/Faculty).  Outlook configured on an RRU laptop will continue to work off-campus.
