When your Computer Account is created, you will automatically have access to many of the programs and services you require.

Occasionally, there are other items you may need access to. If you do not have access to something that you believe you should have access to, please check with your supervisor. In some cases we will require their authorization prior to granting you access. In either case, an email to Computer services will usually start the process.

Alternatively, if no special authorization is required, a request can be submitted by filling in the online request form.

Note to Supervisors:
To help your new employees adjust quickly to their new surroundings, please make sure you request all access and software they will require for their position when you fill in their CAMP request.

For Staff CAMP requests, It may take a few days for the employee information to be approved by HR before it reaches Computer Services for the account creation process. Therefore, please allow at least a week for the account to be created.
