Regularly scheduled maintenance can occur each Tuesday and Thursday morning between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (4:00 am to 6:45 am for Moodle).

We reserve these two weekly time slots for any maintenance that might be required.

Why, you ask?

  • Installation and configuration of customer requested software.
  • Hardware and software testing.
  • Replacement of failed hardware components.
  • Proactive diagnostics.
  • Hardware upgrades.
  • Network infrastructure maintenance.
  • Many of these efforts are made to increase the quality of the services we offer, and others are to decrease the number of non-scheduled interruptions.
