Regularly scheduled maintenance can occur each Tuesday and Thursday morning between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
We reserve these two weekly time slots for any maintenance that might be required.
Why, you ask?
- Installation of vendor supplied software upgrades/patches.
- Installation and configuration of customer requested software.
- Hardware and software testing.
- Replacement of failed hardware components.
- Proactive diagnostics.
- Hardware upgrades.
- Network infrastructure maintenance.
- Many of these efforts are made to increase the quality of the services we offer, and others are to decrease the number of non-scheduled interruptions.
