If you are having trouble downloading reports in Unit4, please try the following:

  1. Open Excel.
  2. Click on File --> Options
  3. On the left hand side select Trust Center
  4. Click on the Trust Center Settings button
  5. On the left hand side select Protected View
  6. Uncheck all the options under Protected View, Click OK
  7. Click OK again to close the Options window
  8. Try again
