Describe the problem as the user would experience it. For example "Level 7 printer is flashing red and wont print".
When I run a web report in Unit4 a statement pops up "Navigation to the website was cancelled".
In order to run the web reports from Unit4, we have to configure Internet Explorer to trust *.royalroads.ca. This is necessary even if the user's default browser is not Internet Explorer.
Provide steps that the user can take to solve the problem. For example "The level 7 printer will flash red when it is out of paper. Add paper to tray 1".
