Printing
No special action is required to print b&w from your computer to this unit. This new unit is named the same as the old unit.
- Click File, Print
- Select the correct printer/copier from the list of those you have connected (this one is called LRC Student Copier)
- Change the quantity, double or single sided etc.
- Come pick up your print job
But because this is a b&w/color combo copier, you can also print in color by taking these steps from your computer:
- Click File, Print
- Select the correct printer/copier from the list of those you have connected (this one is called LRC Student Copier)
- Click Printer Properties
- Near the bottom of the window, choose color
- Change any other settings you need to change – the quantity, double or single sided etc.
- Click OK
The screen you will usually want to see when you walk up to a copier is the login screen: | If you don’t see the screen on the left, press on the little Papercut symbol on the display that looks similar to this: Still don’t see it? Press on the ‘back’ button on the lower part of the screen. |
