If someone submits a request that they wish to be removed.

  1. Go to the "All Front Requests" or "All Back Requests" URL
    https://staff.myrru.royalroads.ca/services/campus/readerboard/Lists/frontrequests/AllItems.aspx
    https://staff.myrru.royalroads.ca/services/campus/readerboard/Lists/backrequests/AllItems.aspx
  2. Since there can be many request, you need to filter this list - Click the drop down beside any column and select Show Filter Choices
  3. Now you can filter by date (alphabetical starting with day of the week), or title (line 1, 2 or 3), or any other column by selecting the appropriate drop down
  4. Once you can see the request, click on the link under the column Line 1
  5. Click on "Delete Item"
